Deliveries are made under the express proviso that color, size and structure deviations may occur between samples and delivered goods. These deviations can never be a basis for any complaints as they are inherent to the production process of these materials. Information about materials and price indications on the website/webshop and in catalogues, brochures and quotations are always subject to possible printing errors.

Payment
Maestro Panel accepts the following payment methods: Bancontact, Credit card. We will never charge a larger amount than approved at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT and other charges. The prices shown are current prices. Each order of samples is only binding after payment of the amount.

Delivery
Shipping of products is always carried out via Bpost.

Right of withdrawal

These rules only apply to sales to consumers, unless agreed otherwise. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You must let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. After returning samples, the discount voucher that was received after the order expires.

Return

Return costs are for your own account. When returning, you are responsible for the safe packaging of the products. You bear the risk of the product until the moment of delivery of the product itself. Add a copy of the order confirmation or clearly state the order number. The product must be sent to: Depro Profiles – Kazerneweg 10 – 7780 Komen (Belgium) 

Refund

After a successful return, we will refund the purchase amount. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Discount voucher

The voucher is not valid in combination with other discount codes. Only one voucher can be used per order. The voucher is only valid on products within the Maestro Panel range. It is not possible to receive cash instead of a discount. It is not allowed to change or falsify discount codes, including hacking, spreading viruses, spamming or forwarding.
